extreme time spent on all platforms and here... i have won most.

After reading so many negative reviews I was a bit sceptical about depositing to WPT Global. Anyway, I've decided to do it and see for myself, I've made a deposit three days prior to writing this review. Deposit: Crypto deposit went through without any issue. Account verification: As soon as I logged in to my account a pop-up notification, informing me to verify my account appeared. ID, Bank statement and proof of deposit / payment were needed. I've delivered and with-in three days my account was verified. During these three days I've chatted with live support and exchanged couple of e-mails with WPTG team. They were so prompt, helpful and professional that I felt obliged to write this review and do them justice on the Trustpilot. Keep up the good work!

the payout in this app is quick and easy

By far the best online poker experience available... amazing!!!

Been with this platform for about a month now and by far this is the closest to live poker. Great play. Pool of players are still a few so if you wanna start playing online this is where you want to be. Very fast withdrawal (it’s like you playing live when you cash out) the fastest i got was a little under an hour. I just hope this remains fair and have some more players so that their prizes goes up. 5 stars!! Shuffle up and deal!

I’ve been playing on WPT Global for a while and lately I’ve been enjoying the nightly mystery bounty tournaments. There is a lot of satellites to enter the bigger buy in events which ks super nice for people who don’t have that big of a bankroll.Good luck me on this Sunday!

This app is really awesome, I really enjoy playing on WPT. Especially the tournaments, also they have the best sign up offers. Also I had an issue where my $22 tournament ticket was about to expire without any upcoming events and I contacted the support team, not really expecting them to be able to do anything, and I was pleasantly surprised, within a few hours they had updated my ticket to a new valid one with tournaments running. So I didn’t loose the value.Thanks again to the customer support team for making this a very pleasant experience.

App won’t load past 67%

My login information is entered i can even recover my password but the login button never highlights to allow me in

I made a small deposit...under $100. I've brought my balance up to $350.90 and decided to withdraw $100. It failed. Tried a 2nd time , failed. I spoke to support (email), and they said it must be my bank. I spoke to my bank and they said nope, not them. In fact they stressed that I had no restrictions and thus should not have any issues. So I now withdrew $200 which is pending but I am certain this will also get denied. Any1 relate to this? I thought they were a reputable site!! WTF is wrong with people!Well, that was yesterday, Sept 3rd, 2025. This morning I woke up to an email clarifying what the issue was and it turns out, it's my dang fault. The email i was using had an error mis-typed ...instead of .com, I typed in .coml but my being angry made me so blind that I overlooked any discrepancies on my end. And I've sent them (WPT global) 2 not-so-nice emails in the midst of this only to be met with kindness and respect. I feel like a fool and knew I needed to do the right thing and realign this post. What do ya know, they're are some really good people in the world! Thank goodness 😀 good look at the tables (unless u end up on mine 😜

i was trying to sit at a nl holdem table it filled up in the middle of buying in an when i tried to change tables game crashed and keeps saying server error now i cant even get back to my money customer service nothing such a shameless game

The tables don’t open sometimes for tournaments and you get blinded away due to app error. Sometimes the app won’t even load up to the login screen. Cannot be trusted with any real money. Even Freeroll are difficult to get a table to load

I downloaded this three times and each time it says unknown error on launch.

Disappointed that you can’t play this in Ontario.

Impossible to Withdraw

Without any permission they take money from your bank account. When you try to communicate with them they answer very quickly but there is no way you can prove that they took your money because their payments team 'can't see' connection between their page and their accounts. It happened 2times to me in last 10days.

Why can’t I play in Ontario
